Mouse over examples in Cell

vcare 5 years ago updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

Mouse over cells should give examples of how to enter the info. For example, when applicants are entering the address, an error comes up when the zip code is entered without a space between the first and last 3 characters. 1A34B6 (system gives error). However, when the zip code is written as 1A3 4B6, with a space in between, then it is correct. If this error persists then it would turn off applicants.

Thanks

HOLD Feature for Schedules

Shie Gorman 5 years ago in Scheduling updated by Lisa Izzo 4 years ago 1

When a client goes on hold you can change them to inactive but you can not hold the schedule it is beneficial to  an agency/company to use this feature so we can  ensure the clients records are well maintained and HOLD the schedule and then reactivate when client is ready to resume services.

You don't necessarily want to have to cancel each shift daily  and run the risk of billing a client when they have not received service.

You also don't want to have to delete a schedule or future schedule should the client resume.

New Invoice Format is TERRIBLE!!

mraney 5 years ago in Billing updated by Lisa Izzo 4 years ago 2

I hate to say it but the new template for invoices is quite unprofessional with the column header appearing over each and every visit record on the invoice. And to think there is no other option for users to select a different template to provide to clients.  I was told by support that this new format was requested by many agencies and implemented on 9/30/2020, but I can not believe that a column header over each record was ever suggested.  Or that extra space should exist between the street address and city/state line in the "Make checks payable to" section of the footer.  Or that there is no dollar sign being printed in the amount due in the same footer.  This ultimately cost agencies additional paper.  I am all for improvements but not sloppy ones.

be able to sort out System Generated Text from the Global SMS Log

Christina Henry 5 years ago in Scheduling updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

Just how you can can sort them out on the Global Email Log

Also be able to sort out the messages such as the system replies that Caresmartz is sending to the office members.

I would like to be able to view just the text that office members are sending to the caregivers, clients etc.

Please add an option to delete applicants. We have the option to "reject" them, but they are still visible and clog up our application list. Some applications are coming through numerous times. One applicant this month had 9 submissions.

Thank you for submitting your software enhancement request. After careful consideration and analysis, our team has determined that the ask you have made is not feasible at this time.

In order to protect the integrity of the data, profiles cannot be deleted at this time. You can filter out Rejected applicants from the applicant listing to keep only active profiles visible.

We appreciate your interest in improving our software and your willingness to share your ideas with us. We take all enhancement requests seriously and strive to deliver the best possible user experience. However, we believe that the feature you suggested is not necessary as there are existing workflows in our software that can achieve the same outcome.

We encourage you to explore the current workflows and take advantage of the functionality already available in the software. Our team is also available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the current workflows.

Thank you again for your valuable input and for being a part of our community. We look forward to hearing from you in the future.

quick glance schedule in app

Kodi Palmer Butler 5 years ago in Scheduling updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

currently the app doesn't have an option to view a full month's schedule or even the week at a glance. It would be great if there was an option to at least indicate which days of the week the caregiver has a shift by coloring the day a different color.  This way, the caregiver knows which day to click on to see a detailed list of the shifts for that day versus clicking on every day until they see what is in their schedule.

From the caregiver app, in the calendar tab, there is a toggle for both weekly and monthly views. From here, the caregiver can scroll through and see their previous or upcoming visits.
