Please consider creating a way for office staff to clock in/out using the caregiver mobile app with GPS tied to the primary office location.

You can achieve this by creating a "Test Client" and make the client address the office address. From here, the agency users can use a caregiver profile to clock in and out via the app. This will tie them to the location.

Integration will 3rd Party Payroll Software
Please suggest which Payroll Software(s) integrations you want to see in CareSmartz360.

Payroll settings allow Sick, time, vacation time, lieu time to be added and tracked so we meet provincial and federal requirements in Canada. We cannot fully use the payroll function until this is an option.
A section could be added for " other" payroll settings much like the current overtime settings. As I mentioned, we can not fully integrate our payroll until we have that option as we need to meet provincial and federal requirements in this area.

Bi-Weekly Overtime

I'm wondering if it would be possible to add an additional line for "Overtime Requirements" for the caregivers to reflect a 96 hour bi-weekly overtime policy, rather than 48 hours weekly.
I'll use an example where somebody works 60 hours in week 1, and 20 hours in week 2 (total of 80 hours of worked bi-weekly, not in overtime).
This would help alleviate nuisance alerts warning of overtime, where it may not actually be applicable for the bi-weekly payroll cycles.
Your help is greatly appreciated, as always.

Add multipule pay rate functionality
The State of Michigan requires that all caregivers are to be paid an additional amount by the State over their base pay that is paid by the agency. That additional amount must be reflected on their paystub for audit purposes. For instance, if a caregiver is paid $15 by our agency they will actually make $18.20 total because for each hour worked they will get $15 from us and $3.20 from the State. We cannot combine the total pay into one rate on the paystub because it will not pass an audit. Does CareSmartz360 have plans in the near future to add multiple pay rates for the same service functionality? It is required for our agency to continue using CareSmartz360.

Setting bill and pay
Would like to be able to set bill and pay units while entering an initial schedule.

Expenses and Payroll for other staff
We need to be able to add mileage payable/not billable for other staff. Would be nice for payroll report to include other staff as well.

Ability to adjust pay units in payroll
Problem: Unable to adjust pay units when creating a payroll.
Request: to be able to adjust pay unit numbers within the payroll search without having to open the schedule and edit the hours. Similar to what is available in the "Create Invoice" for adjusting billing units.
