Client visit on dashboard
Set the client visit to leave the dashboard once clock out has occured instead of staying on dashboard until grace period has ended

Link back to client/caregiver profile from Time Tracking View screen
Instead of opening a send SMS window, can we link back to the client's profile when clicking on the name of the client or caregiver while in the Time Tracking View screen?
Ability to edit/customize GPS coordinates.
Clocking in/out with the caregiver app (GPS) isn't always accurate and will sometimes display the caregiver's clock/in-out location incorrectly (not near the client's home). It would be ideal if the agency had the ability/option to edit GPS coordinates that pinpoint the client's exact location.
Quickbooks Payroll Export Needs to Include Staff Trainings and Meetings
I suggest you develop your Quickbooks payroll export to include staff trainings and meetings. The quickbooks payroll export functionality is useless without this feature.
Allow caregivers to add notes in communication log
Currently cg can add shift note but it does not show on communication log. Unless supervisor copy/paste note into log it gets lost with the passing of the shift. Allowing caregiver to enter directly (with supervisor approval) would allow documentation to be more complete and keep the information accessible.

Integrate with Home Care Pulse
Home Care Pulse has a healthy list of EMRs they integrate with and CS360 is not on there. It would be great exposure for CS. Also HCP holds regular webinars and if you are an integration partner they would love to host a webinar with you for additional exposure.
