Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!). 

Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

It would be helpful to be able to switch calendars from caregiver to caregiver or client to client with one click instead of having to go back to the main page

When in a caregiver or client schedule - it would be helpful and less time consuming if you could click a "next" button and be directed to the next caregiver or client schedule instead of having to go back to client/caregiver and start all over.

By definition, a default position has a single point of reversion. This cannot be altered to a multi-select. 

We appreciate your interest in improving our software and willingness to share your ideas. We take all enhancement requests seriously and strive to deliver the best possible user experience. However, we believe that the feature you suggested is not necessary as there are existing workflows in our software that can achieve the same outcome.

Staff Information Visibllity

Staff information should not be visible to our RNs.  There needs to be a way where phone numbers, addresses, last 4 digits of SSN to not be viewable to other staff unless given permission

I would love the ability to preview a client schedule (based on their master schedule) without publishing it. It would be helpful to have a "look ahead" option for agency users who do the scheduling.

make it possible to unpublish notes as some of them can accidentally be sent to client portal and the ability to recall that would be fantastic.

Please expand the area for reading the caregiver notes from both the Dashboard/Care Alerts & also Client/Care Alerts. Current we can only read 2 lines at a time - please expand to make it easier to review the notes

On the dashboard widget for Compliance, please increase the # of Compliance employess listed from 6 to all due within the next 30 days

care coordinator Schedule view option only

It would be easier for our to have an option for care coordinator to only see their assign clients on schedule vs going and selecting clients one by one and seeing everyone schedule.
