Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

On tasks and communication default the view to all items
On the Tasks/Communication tabs, the default view for tasks, comunication, email, etc. is basically 1 week (it is actually 2 weeks but the from date is a week in the past and the to date is a week in the future). It is rare that a person is looking for somthing in the last week. More often we dont even know what the date range of what we are looking for is so we end up changeing the start date to several years ago so we can capture everything.
It would save steps and be faster if the system automaticaly defaulted to showing all items and then let the user narrow it by date if they want.

Create Tasks For Multiple People
We should be able to select multiple clients or caregivers or staff when creating tasks as they may have the same task due on the same date and it takes up admin time to go into multiple people and create separate tasks. We should also have the option to make tasks reoccurring. This is a basic function in all other software I have used prior to caresmartz. Such as wellsky and ersp.

Need a Deny option when a request comes in from a caregiver
When the scheduler receives a open shift request from a caregiver, currently there is only Accept or Ignore option available. If the shift is already filled, we need an option to DENY the shift so the caregiver knows that shift is not available. Instead, if we just ignore, they keep calling us to ask about the shift. This is wasting a lot of our scheduler's time answering all the requested caregiver phone calls. If an ACCEPT option is given, there should be an equivalent DENY option so the scheduler can DENY the request when the shift is not available. I hope you can provide us with DENY option ASAP so we don't have to waste a lot of time on the phone for unnecessary stuff.

Add an option to add physician information to client's profile
We need an option to add Physician information for the client on the main profile tab. It should include Name, contact info with phone number.

In caregiver open shift request there should be a second option to decline. +Assign -Decline and even a automating email sent back to the person telling them that there request has been declined.

Agency Admin Phone App
I've seen a Youtube video of the Caresmartz360 app for Agency Admin's. Can we please bring this back? I can't the number of times I've needed to quickly look at our caregiver schedule and either have to login to the website or pull our my laptop. The video I saw should an app that looked very easy to manage and for me as an owner would make CareSmartz360 an indispensable feature of my business, more-so than it already is.

Add the task/communication link to the main tabs on the caregiver profiles.
Clicking the 3 dots on the right hand side to access the "task/communication" page in the caregiver profiles is an added step that I feel can be allieviated. We already have the task/communication tab on the client profiles, can we please add this to the caregivers?

Can you please add a new tab under client profile for "Discharge Date"?

It is imperative that key documents for clients can be seen when using the agency app.
We incurred a situation where a client was taken to hospital. We could not access the key documents from the agency app. This would be a fantastic improvement and very much needed!
