Care Plan available for contacts versus just client
I would like the Care Plan available to contacts. 95% of the time the "contact" is the one hiring an agency and paying the bills. They should be able to look at the Care Plan since they are the ones who probably created it. This would also enable them to make changes as necessary also.

The contact who sets up the care plan should be able to get the login credentials from the client to access the care plan from the client portal.
Due to HIPAA regulations, we can't make the care plan visible to all contacts.
