Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

pending shifts
It would be helpful to add a Pending check box onto the scheduling window so when a shift is created, it it created with a Pending status. Right now you have to create a shift, save, re-open it & change status to Pending

Client drop down list for billing
A recent (unannounced) change to the drop down list for clients in the billing area now includes all clients who have approved shifts that have not yet been billed. Great idea! However, the drop down client list includes clients who have approved shifts that are marked as Not Billable. Clients who have Approved shifts that are billable (and not yet billed) should be on the client list. Clients who have Approved shifts that have already been billed should not be on the drop down client list. Not Billable shifts should not cause a client name to be on the drop down client list. There is no way to remove a client's name from the drop down client list when the only reason the client name is there is due to Not Billable shfts. Over time, the client list will just continue to grow & be less user friendly. (Our drop down list has grown from ~40 to over 90 due to this change.)

Allow some sort of automatic location sorting for applicants, such as zip codes or office location.
We have 3 different offices and each day, we have to manually open each application to see where the applicant applied to. Please formulate some way of sorting the applicants, either by office location or zip code.

Add option to undo deleted shifts and also still see the history of a shift once it has been deleted

The ability to add re-occurring compliance items to the clients.
To input required visits, set to the next due date. In tasks, we can only see it if we created it or were assigned. This way we would be able to pull a report to follow up on information as needed.
Also to be able to set a re-occurrense in the compliance area, for both clients and caregivers.

Rounding
I suggest you offer a rounding option for caregiver's clocking in/out (to flow to payroll) same as recently implemented for client's invoices. The April 30 change to exact time has created extra work to hand change almost every shirt to nearest 15 minutes in order for payroll to be accurate. (We don't pay to the minute)
