Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Allow us to create a Prospective Client with minimal information

Currently there are too many fields set to "REQUIRED" in the Prospective Client form. Please reduce the number to just a name and phone number or name and email. Sometimes that's all we have to go by.

60-Day search limit.

The New UI took a step back with the Client profile > Billing > Invoices tab. In the old UI you would automatically see all open invoices. Now you have to search for them, and you are limited to only searching 60-days at a time. There should not be any limit on the timeframe that you can search. This 60-day limit makes this tab way less functional and makes it way harder for someone to see a clients account status. This 60-day limit should be removed.

This same 60-day limit is being imposed on the Notes & Tasks > Notes tab, and both the SMS & Email Logs. This causes the same issues as above.

The app does not have a full CRM capability that can handle a funneling system. this can help in measuring each Referral source when a Lead is referred. This will allow a company like ours into monitoring and measuring the potential of each Referral source and the  lead that we get.
