Allow us to create a Prospective Client with minimal information

Currently there are too many fields set to "REQUIRED" in the Prospective Client form. Please reduce the number to just a name and phone number or name and email. Sometimes that's all we have to go by.

The app does not have a full CRM capability that can handle a funneling system. this can help in measuring each Referral source when a Lead is referred. This will allow a company like ours into monitoring and measuring the potential of each Referral source and the  lead that we get.

Agency can add options under a task

When an agency user creates a task in the admin settings>client>DDM client, it would be great if that person could also create options that would appear "under" it.  This would work similarly to the way Pets and Meal Preparation work now.

On tasks and communication default the view to all items

On the Tasks/Communication tabs, the default view for tasks, comunication, email, etc. is basically 1 week (it is actually 2 weeks but the from date is a week in the past and the to date is a week in the future).  It is rare that a person is looking for somthing in the last week. More often we dont even know what the date range of what we are looking for is so we end up changeing the start date to several years ago so we can capture everything. 


It would save steps and be faster if the system automaticaly defaulted to showing all items and then let the user narrow it by date if they want.

Adding Notes After Shift

Some clients require continuous care with no downtime to add notes. There should be the availability to enter notes after a shift ends. It is a lot of work to get notes from caregiver, then have to find a compute to update on their behalf since I can even do that from my cell phone unless I am editing a previous msg.

Agency Admin Phone App

I've seen a Youtube video of the Caresmartz360 app for Agency Admin's. Can we please bring this back? I can't the number of times I've needed to quickly look at our caregiver schedule and either have to login to the website or pull our my laptop. The video I saw should an app that looked very easy to manage and for me as an owner would make CareSmartz360 an indispensable feature of my business, more-so than it already is.

Allow time for caregiver to add notes after their shift ends! Some clients require ongoing observation/care so caregivers can't note as they go. It is not the best use of time having Admins/Business owners getting notes to input, OR having to change time to readjust time so caregiver can make notes.
