Sure. We noticed something that is of potentially grave concern. It seems as though some Caregivers may be marking themselves 'injury free' after they have left the clients home and then telling us they forgot to clock out. We can only suspect they would do this so they can leave early and still get paid for their full hours. This is obviously a major problem because the client is getting charged the full hours.
Up until now, we did not realize that Caregivers could mark themselves injury free from wherever they are rather than only while within range of the client's premises. 1) Is it possible to only allow users to mark their injury status from the same clock in/out range we set for the client's home? Or is it possible to add this as an option? 2) If this is possible, and considering the high level of concern about this, do you think this is something that could be implemented immediately?
Let me know if you have further questions. Thank you!
The Geo-location aspect of the software is designed to be compliant with EVV requirements. The injury report feature is not part of those criteria. You can address the issue you are experiencing by providing more caregiver training around proper clock-out workflow, resetting expectations around the policy, perhaps in conjunction with performance improvement coaching, including disciplinary action if needs be.
Eva, Can you please give us a little more detail about you are requesting?
