Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Caregivers NOT having access to client phone numbers
In Agency settings; mobile; caregiver; please give the agency the option to be able to select "allow" caregivers to view the client care plan but NOT view the client contact info. These should be separate. ALL information should be going through the office and not between Caregivers & clients including medical emergencies after calling 911. Our view is that allowing caregivers client contact info is allowing for unhealthy attachments and severely limits proper communication with the agency office.

DELETING SHIFTS/SCHEDULES
We need to ability to undo delete, multiple delete, and PROMPT if a shift that already has notes is being deleted.

Add the ability to better edit Applicant forms
Add the ability to better edit Applicant forms. For example, we need to be able to make 5 years of employment history a mandatory section of our applications.

VISIT NOTES
Allow time for caregiver to add notes after their shift ends! Some clients require ongoing observation/care so caregivers can't note as they go. It is not the best use of time having Admins/Business owners getting notes to input, OR having to change time to readjust time so caregiver can make notes.

Expenses
Caregivers/all team members should be able to do expense after their shift, calculating miles etc. while with Client is not the best use of their time or care for clients. At least give them up to 12 hours to input expenses after they clock out. It is hard asking the business owner/admin to have to do this, or extend time, and then readjust just to complete this simple task.

Agency App Care plan
It would be helpful to be able to view a client care plan on the admin app. There are times we need to look something up as a manager and are not near a computer. If this could be added to the Agency App. Thank you

create a way for office staff to clock in/out
Please consider creating a way for office staff to clock in/out using the caregiver mobile app with GPS tied to the primary office location.

We greatly appreciate your feature request and your dedication to enhancing our platform. We're pleased to inform you that the feature you mentioned is already in place and available for use. It's great to see your engagement and interest in making our platform even better.
You can achieve this by creating a "Test Client" and make the client address the office address. From here, the agency users can use a caregiver profile to clock in and out via the app. This will tie them to the location.

Option to edit the completed assessment/care plan
I need an option to reopen, edit or delete the assessment form after completion for any changes. Right now, there is no option to update the assessment. If I want to add medications to the existing assessment, I have to create a whole new assessment. Why do I have to go through the whole process of recreating/copying if I just want to add something to the existing assessment? It would be much simpler if reopen or edit option is provided. Otherwise, for example, every time a new medication needs to be added, it does not make sense to create a new assessment. Please provide reopen/edit, delete option to completed assessment forms. The previous systems we worked with had these options and it was much easier for the supervisor.

In order to protect the integrity of the assessment data, once completed, the document cannot be edited. However, in the current workflow, you can create a new assessment and once you choose from the options "Care Plan Update" or "Reassessment", you will be given the option of copying over one or more sections of the last completed assessment of the same type. This allows you to make updates and edits without re-entering all of the data again.
