Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

allow caregivers on their apps on phone
Please add feauture to allow caregivers to see who their care coordinator is for their client on their app- currently agency app we can see this but most helpful if caregiver APP also staff can see who the Care Coordinator is to call for their clients

Add multi selection to Timetracking view tab
We would like to view our missed visits and open shifts at one time, instead of us having to go back and forth between the two screens.

reference letter
Please add a place where we can upload caregiver's reference letters or letters of recommendation under the HR tab in the "References" section. There is currently only a place for names and phone numbers of references.

Time Tracker
Show Tentative Billing and Payable hours under time tracking view screen. This will help identify errors before processing payroll.

Currently, when you approve visits, the billable and payable hours are shown in the Time Tracking View, if you have those columns selected. Additionally, there are several reports, including Time Tracking Review Actual Hours, where you can see projections of the weekly hours.

Can we add a bar of running hours each week on the caregiver schedule like the client authorization hours bar? Being able to easily see how many hours a caregiver works each week would be helpful to keep track of overtime hours. Having to run a report is too much work.

The Scheduling Module>>Schedule Calendar, if you Group by Caregiver, each caregiver has a series of totals - Scheduled Hours, Approved Hours and Total Hours for the week.

Key Document Notification
Can we (the office) receive notification when a caregiver uploads a Key Document to their profile? If they have to email us to tell us, then it defeats the purpose of uploading them to CareSmartz.

Thank you for your feedback. Perhaps I don't understand what it is you are asking for. Can you please provide more details about the workflow you are trying to improve? If you can provide examples, that would be even better.
The setting I mentioned will alert you if you try to schedule a caregiver in two places at the same time, or within 15 minutes of another shift. This alert will help you prevent overlapping clock-in and clock-out.

When schedule requested are sent, it would be nice for requested to be added to Calander automatically.

By default, the privacy setting for Key Documents is "Everyone". The user uploading the file can change the selection to "only me".
