Thank you for your feedback. Perhaps I don't understand what it is you are asking for. Can you please provide more details about the workflow you are trying to improve? If you can provide examples, that would be even better. 

The setting I mentioned will alert you if you try to schedule a caregiver in two places at the same time, or within 15 minutes of another shift. This alert will help you prevent overlapping clock-in and clock-out.

Overlapping clock in/out is not the same as cg back to back shifts.  Please review....

example:   same caregiver

Client 1 -   11a-12p schedule (cg clocked out at 12:30)

Clkent 2 -  12p-1p schedule    (cg clocked in at 12 noon)

There should be an alert that says "error"
