Breakout of Hours on Master Schedule

Good afternoon,

I am looking for an enhancement to the Master Schedule screen. We have a number of Medicaid clients so we deal with different service types (codes) for scheduling. They are done by number of "authorized hours" for each code. It would be great if the hours could be broken out from just Total Hours. Instead showing hours assigned for "each code" or service type. That way when we are building Master Schedules we know how many hours of each are used as we are plugging the new Master Schedule. Instead of just total hours. Total hours works fine if just all private pay or a single Medicaid code. Much like we see on the regular Schedule screen where it breaks down each auth (hours available/scheduled/completed/etc).

Finalized Invoices View

In the Finalized Invoices View, please add a column that shows the "Preferred Delivery" of each client. We (and I'm sure others) have clients that prefer to get hard-copy mailed invoices only, and also have some clients that prefer invoices emailed, or both.


In the previous version, there was a column that showed Preferred Delivery and we were able to select all the clients that want printed invoices, and print in bulk, or some that want both mailed and emailed. Now we have no way to tell from the current view. We had to create a separate list of clients that show their preferred delivery outside of CareSmartz360.

Perhaps also, you can also add a filter category for this same purpose.

Family portal shift request

In regard to the family portal. The client is not able to view schedule request they put in. I recommend adding that option. Also, it would be nice to see the request as pending on the schedule on my end so I can just accept or approve the request and it will populate the schedule. Instead of creating the schedule.

I suggest you have a feature on your app for overnight shifts

that will allow an overnight caregiver's to report that they are still awake on there shift. This is a requirement of the insurance company's we work with

Suggestion for caregiver application form

Hellow, 


I suggest that the caregiver application form be revised to include a dropdown menu option where potential caregivers can select which job type that they are trying to apply to. ie CNA, HHA, RN, PCA. Also i suggest changing the caregiver application form title to Employment Application Form.
