Please add a birthdate field to the caregiver application.

brogers 3 years ago updated by kate lewis 3 years ago 1

It should be mandatory, with the basic information.

Thank you for your feedback.

Date of Birth/applicant age information is not currently collected as part of our default application form. If you have additional information you would like to gather, there is a fully customizable Miscellaneous Question section where you can include those questions. Settings>>Caregiver>>Caregiver Applicant Form Settings>>Enable Miscellaneous Questions

Mileage and time changes

Neha Rathore 3 years ago in Payroll updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

I understand different entities have different ways to calculate mileage and time. I wonder if we can custom the rules.

When every time of the day the travel from support worker goes to clients, the miles and time are zero. (I think the system only calculates travel from client to client, not support worker to client).

There are two scenarios that we want at this stage,

Difference between shifts more than 1 hour

  1. If we can get travel from support workers home to the client and then back home for every shift where the difference between shifts is more than one hour,

For example, Support work A (Home) ----------- Client: X (Home) --------- Support worker A (HOME),

Difference between shifts less than 1 hour

  1. And support worker to the client and then client to client, and then the client to support workers home for shifts where difference is less than 1 hour.

For example, Support work A (Home) -----------Client: X (Home)-------------Client (Y) (Home)---------Support worker A (HOME),

Can we get all these calculations in our travel report, our agenda is we need travel KM and time between all shifts as well as SW Home to the client and then back home, including first shifts as well, we will like to keep it constant for all shifts,

Good afternoon, this change was implemented in our May 2022 release. You no longer have to choose a primary caregiver before you save your file. Thank you.

Distinguish between entering a care note and clocking out of a shift for purposes of limiting the window for clocking out from a shift.

michael 3 years ago updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

We want to limit our caregivers to clocking out no more than 15 minutes after a shift ends.

But there are times when they need to go back and enter or update a care note more than a day after a shift ends.

Right now they can't add more notes to a closed shift if it's after 15 minutes.

We believe this should be changed -- keep the time limit on clocking out, but allow them to add and edit their notes several days after a shift has ended.

It would be helpful to be able to switch calendars from caregiver to caregiver or client to client with one click instead of having to go back to the main page

Nadia Keyes 3 years ago in Scheduling updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

When in a caregiver or client schedule - it would be helpful and less time consuming if you could click a "next" button and be directed to the next caregiver or client schedule instead of having to go back to client/caregiver and start all over.

Thank you for submitting your software enhancement request. After careful consideration and analysis, our team has determined that your ask is not feasible at this time.

By definition, a default position has a single point of reversion. This cannot be altered to a multi-select.

We appreciate your interest in improving our software and willingness to share your ideas. We take all enhancement requests seriously and strive to deliver the best possible user experience. However, we believe that the feature you suggested is not necessary as there are existing workflows in our software that can achieve the same outcome.

We encourage you to explore the current workflows and take advantage of the functionality already available in the software. Our team is also available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the current workflows.

Thank you again for your valuable input and for being a part of our community. We look forward to hearing from you in the future.
