The Injury Button on Client Shift in APP

This button could be very effective for an agency if the scope was broadened.  I would suggest you make it a "Incident" Button vs Injury and you have a some Drop Down Options to select. Suggestions:  "Priority or Degree" High, Medium, Low.   Then a Drop down for What is the Incident:  Client Fall, Caregiver Injury, Medication Issue, Complaint, Near Miss, Other

You still have a small area to write a note and attach an incident report which is already in place.

Then the system will track the number if incidents and the type of incidents in the Report already created.    This could be a very powerful tool for Agencies if its scope is expanded slightly.    We never use the Injury button now but could use it daily with all our clients if it is adjusted to incomporate a broader scope.

The Injury reporting is for the health and safety of the employees and should be used in conjunction with a robust agency policy.

Additional Incident reporting is worth considering. In the current iteration, Incident reporting and complaints can be documented via notes or the Client Feedback tool. Agencies are encouraged to have their own internal policies for these. We provide tools to facilitate documentation.

Bulk billing

We need one button for bulk billing after approving schedule for all client. Other software companies has it and it works great. This enable you to work more efficient and get billing done in shorter time frame. The one button send an invoice out to client then send request for payment thru CC/ACH. So easy and fast.

Shift confirmation for client

Have a feature where clients can receive an email when a shift has been confirmed by a caregiver.

I have clients wondering if the caregiver has confirmed their shift. They do not want to assume that a caregiver is going to show up without receiving a confirmation notice.

Open Shifts

Is it possible to place reason for shift decline into the open shifts scheduler.  Often when we open a shift because of a decline another scheduler will put same person back in because there shift request does not go away.

I should be able to see all easily, not have to search and adjust a small space, it takes more time and eye strain.1. It is called Care Alerts, It pops up today,,, notes are not done yet. Know I can change the dates, it is still smaller than before, I was hoping for larger, easier to use, not more steps

2 Open shifts should be easily seen as well.

3 Key things are difficult to see and use! 

                                                                     Care Notes, Open Task, Compliance, Open shifts

4 Compliance, New dash board says 0 expired, Old has several expired 

5  Suggestion,,,,,,, things should be like the Pre Screening, where I can see and easily scroll, and extend the date if i wish

I suggest you add a link under the scheduling drop down menu that brings you directly to the schedule review. It takes alot of steps to get to going through the missed clock in and out widget.

Would it be possible to have picture of client with their address, phone number date of birth- health card number - their MD listed and allergies in top corner of their profile and POA- all these offer ease when doctors looking at client charts versus having to scroll in the chart to see all this information- other POC/Electronic Record platforms offer this feature.
