By default, the privacy setting for Key Documents is "Everyone". The user uploading the file can change the selection to "only me".

I was going to reach out to Caresmartz regarding this subject. First off, thank you for creating the "Documents" user, it has worked out wonderfully. But..... (LOL), we have Caring Friends West and Caring Friends East. When the user "Documents" was created, only the East account was captured. Could you please create or combine (please let me know), a "Documents for the WEST account. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at 402-207-1050.
