Weekly Tasks

We are unable to put the true frequency of weekly tasks in the careplan because we have to select "daily" and not the actual day of the week that they are to be completed. For instance if we had a once weekly task and selected Friday for that task and the aide doesn't go on Friday for whatever reason that task wont be prompted on any other day. I would love if CareSmartz had a check mark for weekly the same way they do for daily and it removes the task from visibility once it has been completed by a aide that week.

Assessment/Change in Client's Care Plan

I wanted to suggest a new implementation idea when agencies are creating a new assessment or care plan for their clients. Currently, the system is not set up to modify a client's current care plan easily. Once it's completed and let's say the client's care changes, we have to create a new care plan and start over. This could be confusing and it not efficient. Some of my client's care plans changes monthly, depending on their care. In this case, I could have over 5-10 different care plans in the system, and it is confusing for me and my office staff. I am suggesting the implementation/IT team look into a way that office administrators can modify a care plan without having to start over and create a new care plan each time. Thank you.
