Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.
Make the colors more vibrant especially in the monthly schedule view. The previous interface was bold and you could easily differentiate the difference in schedule status. In the new interface, the colors are pale and muted.

Restore Schedule from Deletion Log
When you delete a schedule, it shows up in the Schedule Deletion Log. It would be super convenient if the user was able to select one or more of the deleted schedules and restore them to the calendar. Depending on how the system is deleting the schedule (hard delete or soft delete) this could be a simple but valuable enhancement.
Please add a way for employers to track PTO for employees.
My Employees accrue PTO Hours after their anniversary dates. But I have no way of Tracking when they have use a certain amount from their PTO total
Extend the date range search for the Caregiver applicant search window to view ALL Caregive Applicants
I want to view all Caregiver Applicants from January 2018 to present, without the need to break my search into smaller date ranges and without having to resort to Caregiver Applicant Report. We'd like to use the Caregiver Applicant Search List for purposes such as sending mass messages without technical limitations on very long date ranges. Extending the date range search for the Caregiver applicant search window can really help.
Auto Clock-in option from Agency App
We often use the App to add a shift for a client. Having the Auto clock in option would save a lot of headache.
We aren't always on our computers after hours and weekends.
Please add this asap!?
Add a shift status "approved without notice"
This shift status is needed for shift canceled without notice. When this status is picked the hours for the shift will be paid and billed but the mileage will not be paid or billed.
List admin who makes note
When looking at client notes & tasks on their profile, it doesn't show who entered the note. Add spot to show who posted the note.
Ability to delete all shifts for a caregiver and client.
There should be some way to delete all shifts for a particular caregiver and client. The way it is now, I have to sift through years' worth of client shifts to delete all the shifts for one specific caregiver.

1 - when deactivating a client, an option appears to delete all future visits
2 - when deactivating a caregiver, an option appears to move all future visits to "Open" or unstaffed

Add time off requests to the dashboard
Having time off requests on the dashboard would be helpful for everyone to view and approve them
Military Time for Payroll
Please give the option for military time to be used for payroll purposes. In addition to that, it would also allow reports to show the military time as well.
