
Assessment/Change in Client's Care Plan
I wanted to suggest a new implementation idea when agencies are creating a new assessment or care plan for their clients. Currently, the system is not set up to modify a client's current care plan easily. Once it's completed and let's say the client's care changes, we have to create a new care plan and start over. This could be confusing and it not efficient. Some of my client's care plans changes monthly, depending on their care. In this case, I could have over 5-10 different care plans in the system, and it is confusing for me and my office staff. I am suggesting the implementation/IT team look into a way that office administrators can modify a care plan without having to start over and create a new care plan each time. Thank you.

Hey, there actually is a functionality that allows you to copy over that information. On the Facesheet once you select the Observation Type. (For our agency the options are careplan update, and reassessment) you should be prompted with the option to select the pages you would like to pull over to the new assessment.
