Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.
Suggestion for Caregiver Main profile Page
I would like to bring this to your attention. Could you please add the "Rehire Date," "Referral Source," and "Referral Date" fields to the Caregivers Profile page? This addition would significantly enhance clarity and facilitate the tracking of important information. Thank you!
SMS reply Notifications via Email
Currently, if a user replies to a SMS message, the only way to be notified is by logging into the application and looking for the activated bell. We would very much like to have the option to have SMS reply notifications emailed to specific users. This would be similar to the missed clock in notification feature.
Add multipule pay rate functionality
The State of Michigan requires that all caregivers are to be paid an additional amount by the State over their base pay that is paid by the agency. That additional amount must be reflected on their paystub for audit purposes. For instance, if a caregiver is paid $15 by our agency they will actually make $18.20 total because for each hour worked they will get $15 from us and $3.20 from the State. We cannot combine the total pay into one rate on the paystub because it will not pass an audit. Does CareSmartz360 have plans in the near future to add multiple pay rates for the same service functionality? It is required for our agency to continue using CareSmartz360.
Sick time
Would like to be able to add sick time. Payable/not billable. I enter them as meetings now but I have to manually set in the pay rate. I'm also worried about when I have to pull a report of total sick time, I wont be able to segregate the totals from regular meetings.
Setting bill and pay
Would like to be able to set bill and pay units while entering an initial schedule.
Expenses and Payroll for other staff
We need to be able to add mileage payable/not billable for other staff. Would be nice for payroll report to include other staff as well.

As with many configurable fields in Caresmartz360, the gender drop-down is customized under the Client module in the Admin Settings, but cascades out to the Caregiver profiles as well.
Those selections are also available if you collect this information on the application form.

Service types of OT
t appears that there's an issue with "OT" services. The OT seems to be misaligned and requires manual correction. I attempted to differentiate OT charges for 24-hour services from another service type, but both are being accounted for under "OT," which is incorrect.
Please updated this as soon as possible.
New Feature Request - Tax
In Alberta, Alberta Blue Cross covers $32.95 per hour and the client has to cover the remaining balance of $7.05 per hour to equal our service rate of $40 per hour.
We cannot charge tax on the $32.95 but we do charge tax on the $7.05.
How can i add this into the system?
Do you have any other Home Care Agencies in Alberta Using this system? I could ask them on how to do this.
