Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Military Time for Payroll
Please give the option for military time to be used for payroll purposes. In addition to that, it would also allow reports to show the military time as well.

Weekly schedule print
It would be helpful to have the schedule download icon filtered for weekly and not just monthly. We send weekly schedules to our client who do not have emails and this would save time.

Improvement in Process Payroll section
In the process payroll section I am requestion that in addition to the total hours populating at the top of the report the system should also break down how it came to the total hours. If a caregiver had 75 regular hours worked in a 2 week period and 5 hours of overtime worked in the same period the report should indicate at the top of the report the regular hours worked and the overtime hours worked that add up to the total hours worked. Please add this idea to my process payroll section.

Type Of Facility
The type of facility under the main tab of client isn't customizable. There are a lot of unnecessary options for us and we would like to omit them.

Drop Down Option for Caregiver's
The drop down option for caregivers when approving their hours/clocn in/out are no longer there. Please put that option back. Its really annoying that you need to switch tab just to check the list of the caregivers that you have. Not all company/agency memorize their roster!

I’d like to ask about a functionality related to the applicant tracking process in CareSmartz.
We’re currently exploring whether it’s possible to:

Then, after the candidate submits their application, have CareSmartz automatically match it to the existing profile (based on their email address or phone number) — instead of creating a duplicate profile.
Our goal is to streamline our tracking process and potentially eliminate the need for external ATS tools.
