Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Option to hide schedules from client portal until a caregiver is assigned
I don't want my clients to see the scheduled shift on their client portal calendar until after I have assigned a caregiver to it.

Add CS360 to Amazon devices
Is CS available on Amazon devices? I’m thinking specifically of the Amazon Show. It looks like a great device for Seniors to have in the home and it might be nice to have the Family Portal accessible there. Even voice activated!!

How names are presented in the system
Add the ability to decide if names in the system are presented as LastName, FirstName or FirstName, Lastname

Keep schedule parameters when extending a recurring schedule
Currently, when I push out a recurring schedule to extend it for another month, the system sets the original schedule details (times and caregiver) for the new schedules. I would like to it use the information from the schedule I opened to access the recurrence.
The work flow should be: I open the last schedule in the recurrence, I extend the end date, and the schedule, as it was on that date, gets duplicated moving forward.

For Caregiver selection allow users to select only certain Caregiver roles (for scheduling)

Under Caregivers rather than selecting all or individual caregivers we've created different caregivers roles. I'd like to be able to select from that group under the role or at least group them under their roles rather than have to go through and individually select each individual by their name.
Examples:
caregiver
- Testing, Marcus
PRN
- Testing, Sarah
- TestPRN, Marcus
Currently to get those two I have to select them individually not just by their role type.

Caregiver applicant - filter by territory
Please make filtering - not sorting - by territory an option on caregiver applications so that we can find caregivers for a specific territory. The sort option is not helpful because we have multiple caregivers who work in multiple territories.

Add a report to view all unassigned master schedules
It would be easier to assign the master schedules if I could run a report on all of those that are unassigned.

Email Reminders to Clients for Shift creation and upcoming shift
Clients are asking for this feature so they get reminders about their schedules.

I want to be able to key in date of birth without typing slashes in the client record just like not having to enter parenthesis or dash in the phone number.
Can date of birth be changed so we can just enter numbers and the slashes are entered automatically just like in the old UI?

I don't like having to specify that an 80 year old patient is not pregnant.
Can default be "not pregnant" so we only need to change to pregnant if god forbid one of my patients becomes pregnant over the age of 60.
