Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!). 

Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Change how long an open shift is on the dashboard widget.

Currently, as soon as the shift begins, the open shift disappears from the widget, but sometimes we are still working to fill it. Please keep the open shift on the widget until it has been filled or until the shift is over

Thank you for your feedback. You can select the clients or caregivers from the profile list and click on the download calendar button in the top right corner. From there, you will be prompted to select the month and year you would like to see. You can then print your PDFs from your Downloads folder.

I would like to know if you can add an internal email option where the agency and their caregivers are provided with vendors's email domain (@caresmartz360.com). It looks more professional and easy for an agency to track communications.

Add an alert feature for new shifts assigned

This is important for HR purposes to be able to see when a caregiver has been assigned a new shift (not talking about new hire date) but new shift.

Eva, can you give us a little more information about this? Are you suggesting that everytime a caregiver is assigned to a shift, someone in the agency should be notified?

Option to hide invoice details on client portal based on user login.

Some of our clients do not want to show invoice details on the client portal. It would be great if we could have the option to toggle this on/off based on the user.

Place Of Service: Display and Edit

Several owners on this first wave have requested to be able to delete 'place of services' as many are not needed.

It would be great if we could not on view this field but also edit it.

With our upcoming waves, I am sure this is going to come up as a request too.

Create pop up alert

Pop up or other way to alert to caregiver or client concerns such as allergy alerts, dog bolting out door, etc.
