Is it possible to Add Client Weight to the Face sheet in the Care plan. This is important information to include in the plan.

Thank you for your suggestion. We continue to review all enhancement requests regularly, and we will update the status of this one as we review it, evaluate it for its value to all our clients, and then determine the timeline for implementation if we move forward with it.

This information is available on the Main tab of the client profile, and it could be added in the notes on any page in the assessment.
