Please add a delete or inactivate option to remove applicants from caregiver applicant list. Some caregivers have trouble submitting their application and end up submitting more than once.

Please change the calendar in Caregiver Applications so I can enter date range instead of having to click 48 times to go back to 2021.

Client Authorizations

I believe it would be beneficial for the Authorization to default to on instead of off so that schedulers are aware if it is a client that has an authorization to follow.

Add a way to message caregivers who have worked with a client from the client's page

Rather than going back to the Caregivers page to send SMS messages, it would be helpful to message caregivers while on the client's page. Having a list that can be filtered by hours (to avoid messageing aides who have only covered the client a few times) or dates (to only message caregivers currently working w that client) would be great. Even just being able to view a list of the client's aides would be a great help, rather than clicking through historical schedules or running a report.

incident report character count

If you could increase the allowed character count for incident/injury. We require detailed descriptions for incidents/injuries so it is relaly important to have a lot of characters so that caregivers can be thorough and descriptive.

Allowing custom clock IN radius as standalone from clock OUT radius.  This is because sometimes , some employees forget to clock out at end of shift and by the time we send them a reminder to clock out , they are already out of the client residence. Although the client and their clock in location they were at work. Allowing this custom radius to be set each for clock IN and clock OUT separately from the current status quo where both are intertwined will be extremely helpful. Also, allow not applicable option on the custom response if possible.

Add a Search Box for Reports

It would be incredibly helpful to have a search box available in the report tabs to quickly locate specific reports. While this suggestion was previously raised and dismissed four years ago, the reasoning provided was that existing workflows already accomplish this. However, after reaching out to support, I found that no such functionality currently exists.

Manually browsing through 60+ reports to find the right one is inefficient. A simple search feature for report names would significantly improve usability and save time. I’d love for this request to be reconsidered.
