Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).

Add our email address to all invoices monthly
They are telling me that i have to add the email address to each clients monthly statement and I would like this to generate each month on its own

Distinguish between entering a care note and clocking out of a shift for purposes of limiting the window for clocking out from a shift.
We want to limit our caregivers to clocking out no more than 15 minutes after a shift ends.
But there are times when they need to go back and enter or update a care note more than a day after a shift ends.
Right now they can't add more notes to a closed shift if it's after 15 minutes.
We believe this should be changed -- keep the time limit on clocking out, but allow them to add and edit their notes several days after a shift has ended.

General Announcement
It will be beneficial to have the option of adding announcement feature, that will allow the field staff to receive company announcement before clocking in

Staff Information Visibllity
Staff information should not be visible to our RNs. There needs to be a way where phone numbers, addresses, last 4 digits of SSN to not be viewable to other staff unless given permission

Compliance
On the dashboard widget for Compliance, please increase the # of Compliance employess listed from 6 to all due within the next 30 days

This has been addressed with the launch of the new Dashboard. You should see these now in the top right corner of the banner.

Adding Hospitalization records
Your customers would like to see a tab added on the client's profile ( where assessment, etc are) for hospitalization records. Date of admission, reason why, diagnosis, and discharge dates. These are things that most state regulations require and the state looks for this information when they come do their surveys. At least Texas does.

Add a Reporting feature for "other staff" that are not support workers, or clients. For example a compliance reporting feature as many of our other staff will be nursing staff who will be required to keep up to date with many trainings, that will be entered entered under Compliance in the HR Tab.

Mobile app translated into different languages
Hello,
A majority of our caregivers do not use English as their primary language. Many times they have a hard time being able to navigate through the app to be able to use it consistently well. This puts a huge burden on our co-workers as they are forced to work off hours to try and mediate their problems. Are there any plans on having the app translated into different languages? We have many Asian caregivers so if the app were to be translated into Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese that would be awesome as this would help our agency to use the CareSmartz360 system more efficiently.

Uploading key documents for caregivers
When uploading caregiver key documents, it would be good if
1. I can select multiple documents and upload them all at once instead of 1 at a time and
2, if the system would take the document name that I have and input it as the document name in CS360
