Highlighting or color coding names or text
I would like an option to allows me to highlight or color code names based on need or specific reasons. I want to use the color to identify steps and stages in my work or hiring process. Thank you.

We greatly appreciate your feature request and your dedication to enhancing our platform. We're pleased to inform you that the feature you mentioned is already in place and available for use. It's great to see your engagement and interest in making our platform even better.
While color coding is not, and likely will not be put in place, there is a great deal of configuration you can do for your hiring steps. In the Settings>>Caregiver>>DDM Caregiver>>Prospective Caregiver Status you can build out the steps in your hiring process.

Testing and Non-Production environment
It would be nice to have a testing or non-production environment which will allow us to train with the caresmartz360 system to help familiarize staff and to conduct testing of features without affecting the production environment

Enhance Feature for Caregiver Applicant Status List
Is it possible to enhance a feature where we can have a birds eye view in the Caregiver Applicant List under the Status section that shows all checked items in this column rather than just show the last item checked.
From your Customer Support on my query:
I have reviewed the reported query and as you mentioned as per system functionality, the recent/latest status will appear in the caregiver applicant section. I have shared the point with the team regarding enhancement as well. We welcome your feedback and I would suggest you share your feedback at https://feedback.caresmartz360.com/ for the modifications.

Notes Section Expand for Caregiver Compliance (URGENT)
was wondering if there is any way to make the characters have more room to type notes under the "notes section" in the Caregiver Compliance section?

Verify Awake Requirement for Overnight Shift
Waiver program (Medicaid) has a requirement that all covered schedules/ hours are to be "Awake" hours. i.e. the care giver needs to be awake during the shift hours. This requirement becomes very important when it comes to overnight shifts. I have not been able to find out what constitutes as fulfilling the "Awake" requirement but this is an area that needs to be explored further. As of now, I have the same task lists set up for overnight shifts which the care givers are supposed to do. Can you assign someone to look into this. I can team up with them if need be. I have read up online where some companies are offering frequent "check-in" requirement for overnight staff, just to ensure that they are at clients home, GPS verified and awake by "checking-in" every 2 or 3 hours.

scroll bars
the Scroll bar at the bottom of data pages (client list, caregiver list, time tracking) should be floating and not fixed to the bottom of the list. It is very hard to follow what line you are on when you have to go all the way to the bottom of the list to scroll over and see other columns of data.

We extend our sincere thanks for sharing your feature request with us. Your insights are truly appreciated. We're pleased to inform you that we're actively working on optimizing our workflow, and your suggestion aligns with our upcoming plans.
You can scroll horizontally by holding the Shift key on your keyboard, and scrolling with your mouse.
Be sure to keep an eye out for improvements in the coming months. Your input helps us enhance our platform and better serve our valued users.
Thank you once again for being an essential part of our community!

Please add a birthdate field to the caregiver application.
It should be mandatory, with the basic information.

Thank you for your feedback.
Date of Birth/applicant age information is not currently collected as part of our default application form. If you have additional information you would like to gather, there is a fully customizable Miscellaneous Question section where you can include those questions. Settings>>Caregiver>>Caregiver Applicant Form Settings>>Enable Miscellaneous Questions
