Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Thank you for submitting your software enhancement request. After careful consideration and analysis, our team has determined that the ask you have made is not feasible at this time. Status is shown in the reports, but the other two fields are not captured at this point in the hiring process. 


We appreciate your interest in improving our software and your willingness to share your ideas with us. We take all enhancement requests seriously and strive to deliver the best possible user experience. However, we believe that the feature you suggested is not necessary as there are existing workflows in our software that can achieve the same outcome.

We encourage you to explore the current workflows and take advantage of the functionality already available in the software. Our team is also available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the current workflows.

Allow some sort of automatic location sorting for applicants, such as zip codes or office location.

We have 3 different offices and each day, we have to manually open each application to see where the applicant applied to. Please formulate some way of sorting the applicants, either by office location or zip code.

The ability to add re-occurring compliance items to the clients.

To input required visits, set to the next due date.  In tasks, we can only see it if we created it or were assigned. This way we would be able to pull a report to follow up on information as needed.  

Also to be able to set a re-occurrense in the compliance area, for both clients and caregivers.

Client visit on dashboard

Set the client visit to leave the dashboard once clock out has occured instead of staying on dashboard until grace period has ended

Allow caregivers to add notes in communication log

Currently cg can add shift note but it does not show on communication log. Unless supervisor copy/paste note into log it gets lost with the passing of the shift. Allowing caregiver to enter directly (with supervisor approval) would allow documentation to be more complete and keep the information accessible.
