On CaregiverNotesReport, please add a "Client Status ID" to allow the selection of Active, Inactive, Other, Terminated" to help filter the selection of clients when running the report.

Mouse over examples in Cell
Mouse over cells should give examples of how to enter the info. For example, when applicants are entering the address, an error comes up when the zip code is entered without a space between the first and last 3 characters. 1A34B6 (system gives error). However, when the zip code is written as 1A3 4B6, with a space in between, then it is correct. If this error persists then it would turn off applicants.

Please add an option to delete applicants. We have the option to "reject" them, but they are still visible and clog up our application list. Some applications are coming through numerous times. One applicant this month had 9 submissions.

In order to protect the integrity of the data, profiles cannot be deleted at this time. You can filter out Rejected applicants from the applicant listing to keep only active profiles visible.

Using Caresmartz to view documents. In applications like Google Drive when a PDF is viewed a preview appears and is this possible in Caresmartz? The request is that it is possible to view certificates and other documents without having to download them?

Please provide a way to merge user profiles that are clearly duplicate users. I do not want to have 2 profiles because I was not set up correctly as an admin in the system the first time. Salesforce does a good job with this and you could use as a template. If you do not have access to SalesForce, I would be happy to explain to you.

Daily tasks report
Hello,
I have couple of clients who are paid under insurance. The insurance companies needs Invoice and the tasks report timings to me matched. Is there a way to add the clock in and out timings instead of scheduled timings in the report?

Automated texts to clients
I have a potential client who needs us to check on him on daily basis by sending texts. If we don't get a reply within 3 to 4 hours, he would like us to inform the medical team. Would CareSmartz develop automated texts on daily basis at a set time and then alert us if we don't hear back from him?

Caregiver Visit Notes - alert agency
add this feature for agencies. Whenever a caregiver adds a visit note on their mobile app or web browser that the system sends an alert to the agency. Same as whenever a caregiver submits an injury report and the agency gets alerted.
