Caregivers NOT having access to client phone numbers

Tamra Thiessen 1 year ago 0

In Agency settings; mobile; caregiver; please give the agency the option to be able to select "allow" caregivers to view the client care plan but NOT view the client contact info. These should be separate. ALL information should be going through the office and not between Caregivers & clients including medical emergencies after calling 911. Our view is that allowing caregivers client contact info is allowing for unhealthy attachments and severely limits proper communication with the agency office.

Add the ability to better edit Applicant forms

Joshua Black 1 year ago updated by kate lewis 3 months ago 1

Add the ability to better edit Applicant forms. For example, we need to be able to make 5 years of employment history a mandatory section of our applications.

Caregiver Mobile App tutorial

Eva 5 years ago updated by Lisa Izzo 5 years ago 2

Create a tutorial for just the Caregiver to understand how to use the mobile app.  The one created combines both the agency user and caregiver which will be confusing for caregivers.  You had one once but for some reason its been deleted not sure why and it was a good video too.  Please create a tutorial for only caregivers to view on how to use the mobile app.  Thank you!

Allow Caregivers to do everything from the app

Tim Cooke 6 years ago updated by Lisa Izzo 4 years ago 1

Currently CGs have to logon to the web portal to change their password for the fist time. This is cumbersome and causing much confusion, Please allow CGs to do everything from their APP including setting their password for the first time.

New Platform

Erin 3 days ago updated by Josh Mitchell 1 day ago 1

There are many things I find frustrating about the new platform Caresmartz has switched over to. I have worked in healthcare for over 25 years and have made adjustments when a new system was put into the hospitals, so I have many suggestions. The first and most important is it's not easy to follow as everything looks the same and the asterixs are tiny. It is also not user friendly because I can't utilize the website from a mobile device as there are too many boxes and scroll areas (making it impossible to use from a phone). Many changes need to be made through out the day and having management out in the field, not just sitting at a desk makes it very challenging to update any schedules that need to change. I would use the mobile app, however it doesn't offer a claims code and a lot of our clients all need claims codes added. I also can't make a recurring schedule or change a reoccuring schedule (to update to new days or caregivers) from the mobile app.

Other not as important but time savers the current app offers are listed below.....The save boxes by the phone and address seem redundant since you are saving all that information in the same area as all other demographics and a waste of time with extra steps. I can't see a caregivers entire schedule and compare from the week before without clicking the +1 or 2 to see all of their clients (which comes in handy when changing caregivers to cover shifts for sick or vacation times) I want to see all their clients. When adding a caregiver to a schedule it has open shifts there which has to be deleted every time before adding a new caregiver, before it would highlight it it and i could just hit backspace, now have to backspace the entire words "open shifts" before I can type in the caregivers name (again added steps that don''t seem like a lot, but unnecessary added steps and changes). The old system also automatically placed the date for the end of the authorization period when making a schedule reoccurence now it has to manually entered. Our company name should automatically be placed in the office drop down when entering a new payer source. The referral source should not have to have a first and last name attached, it should be able to be a company without additional information needed. Lastly it is requesting an email now for all clients, this is not something that should be mandatory or in asterixs some of my clients don't have an email address. The new system is too boxy and calendar like. I hope you take these suggestions into consideration.

Admin Tasks

Josh Mitchell 3 months ago 0

Please implement where a list of tasks will show up on dashboard that are overdue so you can't just go past them. Also, when you put in reoccurring tasks, don't have it show up that you have that number total to do. If I have the same task every Monday and want to check it off, I don't want to see that I have 177 tasks on my dashboard, or it just doesn't feel important. I don't want to see that task until I complete the other reoccurrence or click not completing. My office staff don't seem to even bother looking at it anymore because it's not organized. And if you go to view all, and do the next 7 days, it is in the wrong order of what's due. I think if we could make them more visual on the dashboard, it would work a lot better!

Weekly Care Summary Signature

Quiana Dixon 3 months ago 0

Hello,

Is there a way to have A:: clients populate in the Weekly Care Summary Drop down instead of selecting them one by one?  It is tedious.  Thanks

Please go back to the old version. This latest one is very hard to navigate and is somewhat confusing.

This latest version that was implemented yesterday does not add any benefit.  It is hard to navigate and confusing to read.  Thank you for considering.

Please add a delete or inactivate option to remove applicants from caregiver applicant list

Loree 4 months ago 0

Please add a delete or inactivate option to remove applicants from caregiver applicant list. Some caregivers have trouble submitting their application and end up submitting more than once.
