Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Caregivers NOT having access to client phone numbers
In Agency settings; mobile; caregiver; please give the agency the option to be able to select "allow" caregivers to view the client care plan but NOT view the client contact info. These should be separate. ALL information should be going through the office and not between Caregivers & clients including medical emergencies after calling 911. Our view is that allowing caregivers client contact info is allowing for unhealthy attachments and severely limits proper communication with the agency office.

Add the ability to better edit Applicant forms
Add the ability to better edit Applicant forms. For example, we need to be able to make 5 years of employment history a mandatory section of our applications.

Allow Caregivers to update some of their own personal info through the app
Allow Caregivers to update some of their own personal info through the app. Could include profile pic, address, emergency contacts, phone number etc

Caregiver Mobile App tutorial
Create a tutorial for just the Caregiver to understand how to use the mobile app. The one created combines both the agency user and caregiver which will be confusing for caregivers. You had one once but for some reason its been deleted not sure why and it was a good video too. Please create a tutorial for only caregivers to view on how to use the mobile app. Thank you!

Allow Caregivers to do everything from the app
Currently CGs have to logon to the web portal to change their password for the fist time. This is cumbersome and causing much confusion, Please allow CGs to do everything from their APP including setting their password for the first time.

Please Allow Agency SMS line to Send Image Files and potentially attachment

incident report
It would be helpful & productive to have a report created asap for pulling incident reports and also adding in CS360 a selection for input of is this incident or injury for "client" or "yourself/caregiver". So in reality we could pull 2 separate reports for injuries/incidents to look at clients or our caregiver history and not have to dig for it and try to remember the date of the incident.

Mobile App Task Button
The "all task" button should be eliminated. Staff are checking the button as they have completed all tasks, when some tasks should not have been completed on certain days/shifts. They should only be able to check each task button as they are done, not all at the same time. Thank you!

Add caregivers address to be viewable on agency app
I can see clients addresses on my agency app but I can not view caregivers addresses.
