Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

I suggest that the ability for aides to clock in for the nex day shift be removed. I do feel they should be able to clock in/out for the shift even if its not the correct shift, as sometimes families change the shift

I do feel they should be able to clock in/out for the shift even if its not the correct shift, as sometimes families change the shift and the office staff may be unavailable to change that shift at that given time. The fact that an aide can clock in/out for a day in advance should not be allowed.

Key Documents
I would like to make a suggestion on how you can improve "Key Documents". When I post "Key Documents" under the Caregiver Details and share the document with the Caregiver, in the Caresmartz App the Document shows as "New Document" and not what is listed Under "Notes" which is what gives the description of what the actual Document is. Otherwise caregivers must download each document to see what it is. That is not good if they need to just look for something specific. The App should give the "Note" as the Description and not be so generic.

COVID
Hello ...
Do you have any plans to add a tab for both Caregivers and Clients for COVID related items?
Such as:
- Date they notified when symptoms started
- Date if they got COVID tested
- COVID test results
- Date tested negative
Etc....

Pre-screening process
We would like to be able to have the entire team access the pre-screening process, this would include the (admin/Agency users if possible. Please note the Nurse cannot complete a pre screen upon entering the home without changing status to caregiver, neither would the manager upon the initial visit. This would allow us to identify issues or concerns with the system itself as well, we would not be able to physically see concerns without using it ourselves. Please consider thank you in advance

On CaregiverNotesReport, please add a "Client Status ID" to allow the selection of Active, Inactive, Other, Terminated" to help filter the selection of clients when running the report.

Mouse over examples in Cell
Mouse over cells should give examples of how to enter the info. For example, when applicants are entering the address, an error comes up when the zip code is entered without a space between the first and last 3 characters. 1A34B6 (system gives error). However, when the zip code is written as 1A3 4B6, with a space in between, then it is correct. If this error persists then it would turn off applicants.
