Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Adding Duplicate Files to Employee Files

I need to add duplicate files to our employee files to save up to 10 years, but the system will not allow me to do so. How can this be fixed? 

For example, if I need to add an updated background check to a Caregiver's file, it will only allow me to edit the file and add the newest background check opposed to allowing me to add multiple of the same file type to the employees account in CareSmartz.

Clocking out After Mandatory Completing task

Please update the clock out option to be given to the employee right after completing all the task for the day. Currently the employee has to know to go back to the main menu and press #2 again to clock out successfully. Not the best experience. I think the system should ask right away after the employee is done completing the task if they would like to clock out.

Caregiver Portal Communication

Would it be possible to have a common Bulletin Board in the Caregiver portal.   A place where you could post documents you want all staff to see.  Like Health Safety issues.  Minutes from a Health and Safety meeting,  Company wide announcements.   Changes or updates to government regulations.   Like a HR bulletin board. Does this exist?

Caregiver Compliance Documents Uploaded Notification

It would be beneficial when caregivers upload/update their compliance documents (Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, etc.) that HR or Client Coordinator gets an email that the documents have been updated.

Move Status Check Box from Applicant to Caregiver for HR Department purposes - GREAT IDEA!!!

Is it possible to transfer the list below from the applicant to Caregiver Employee? I think its important to still be able to view this list even after the applicant becomes an employee to see the dates and progress the applicant went through - its good for HR purposes.  In addition we can keep adding to this list and make things flow better for our HR Department.  Maybe it can be moved somewhere in the HR tab page?  In a way this is the Hiring Checklist and can be renamed from Status to Hiring Check List or keep the same name. This feature would really enhance the HR department with other agencies.  Great selling point!!!

The Task/Communcation page in the Caregiver Profile can accomplish this workflow and allow the additional documentation you are requesting. 

We appreciate your interest in improving our software and your willingness to share your ideas with us. However, we believe that the feature you suggested is not necessary as there are existing workflows in our software that can achieve the same outcome.

Add training video on how to use app accessible on the app itself.

It would be very nice to be able to add a training video caregivers could access right from the app that shows them how to correctly use the app in easy steps. It can be an inconvenience for the caregivers when they have to come into the office for us to show them how to use the app in person. We do have instructions on paper but sometimes caregivers are better visual learners so I would think that this feature may be able to help alleviate this problem. If you do decide to add videos, please also add another video to show the processes of how back-to-back schedules work as the process is slightly different. Thank you!
