Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

GIFT CARDS/POINT SYSTEM
Smartcare software has a great point system where clients can achieve gift cards etc. Wondering if that is something you all will be looking into for the future?

Move Status Check Box from Applicant to Caregiver for HR Department purposes - GREAT IDEA!!!
Is it possible to transfer the list below from the applicant to Caregiver Employee? I think its important to still be able to view this list even after the applicant becomes an employee to see the dates and progress the applicant went through - its good for HR purposes. In addition we can keep adding to this list and make things flow better for our HR Department. Maybe it can be moved somewhere in the HR tab page? In a way this is the Hiring Checklist and can be renamed from Status to Hiring Check List or keep the same name. This feature would really enhance the HR department with other agencies. Great selling point!!!

Add training video on how to use app accessible on the app itself.
It would be very nice to be able to add a training video caregivers could access right from the app that shows them how to correctly use the app in easy steps. It can be an inconvenience for the caregivers when they have to come into the office for us to show them how to use the app in person. We do have instructions on paper but sometimes caregivers are better visual learners so I would think that this feature may be able to help alleviate this problem. If you do decide to add videos, please also add another video to show the processes of how back-to-back schedules work as the process is slightly different. Thank you!

Task/Communication Date Range Selection
Hello, I have feedback for the CareSmartz Admin portal. When looking for Task/ Communication for a client, prospective client, or a personal care worker the Date Range is a little annoying. I think it should automatically show 1 year of notes you can scroll through. If you need something prior to the year showing, the date range would be helpful. In the middle of a call with a client and you would like to find notes. Seeing No Records Found and having to select a date range for notes entered a week ago is not ideal and not very helpful. Please let me know if there's a better way around this issue.

Next button to view different client/caregiver files
I find it takes too much time when switching from client to client or caregiver to caregiver - having to go back to client/caregiver list to switch to the next file. It would make much more sense to click a "next button" to view the next caregiver/client

Send all conflicts when publishing master schedules to the "open shifts" to be reveiwed or create a place to send them for review. Once I publish, I need to manually find the errors and the list i "Screenshot" does not provide all details (cut off).

Caregiver availability in app
When the caregivers update their availability via the app there should be an email notification to the office/admin that this has happened so we know in real time. instead of having to run a report.
