Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.
Add a caregiver applicant rating system to manage applicants
Thinking maybe a bit of application tracking in the applicant section. As applications come in and we speak to them we rate them 1-5 stars. Many applicants don't get hired right away it would be nice to go back to them with a rating.
Custom Pop Up Alert for Agency Use
Please add the ability for agency users to create a custom client pop up alert, visible only to agency users, that pops up in all client modules. We often have very sensitive situations in regard to clients which must be considered when scheduling, contacting the client or POA, etc.
Clocking in and out from different addresses
It would be great to have the option to set different address for clock in and clock out on the recurrence . Seems very time consuming to open each individual shift to make the change to allow the caregiver to choose the address. We have several clients with recurring schedules Monday to Friday that get picked up by the caregiver at their day program when the shift starts, and the shift ends at home a few hours later. We would have to open hundreds of shifts to make this change.
Personal Calendar Widget for tasks
Hi, I think a personal calendar widget that syncs with tasks and google calendar would be amazing!
Suggestion for Caregiver Main profile Page
I would like to bring this to your attention. Could you please add the "Rehire Date," "Referral Source," and "Referral Date" fields to the Caregivers Profile page? This addition would significantly enhance clarity and facilitate the tracking of important information. Thank you!

As with many configurable fields in Caresmartz360, the gender drop-down is customized under the Client module in the Admin Settings, but cascades out to the Caregiver profiles as well.
Those selections are also available if you collect this information on the application form.

Service types of OT
t appears that there's an issue with "OT" services. The OT seems to be misaligned and requires manual correction. I attempted to differentiate OT charges for 24-hour services from another service type, but both are being accounted for under "OT," which is incorrect.
Please updated this as soon as possible.
New Feature Request - Tax
In Alberta, Alberta Blue Cross covers $32.95 per hour and the client has to cover the remaining balance of $7.05 per hour to equal our service rate of $40 per hour.
We cannot charge tax on the $32.95 but we do charge tax on the $7.05.
How can i add this into the system?
Do you have any other Home Care Agencies in Alberta Using this system? I could ask them on how to do this.
