Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Add All view to Time Tracking Views
Add an All view that would show all shifts that are schedule no matter the status of the shift so you Can see the entire schedule at one time and know the hours

Communication default to the current day
When you are adding a new communication have it default to the current day with still the option to change it

More configuration for when the pre-screening questions are triggered
Currently, the choices are Start of Day or Start of Shift. If Start of Day is selected, this goes to all caregivers regardless of whether they have a shift scheduled that day. This can cause confusion and anxiety with staff over potential missed shifts. It can also create a lot of unnecessary alerts, creating a situation where caregivers will stop treating them as important.
It would be helpful if there were additional configurations, such as, once a week, before the shift but only once every 24 hours, and once a day, but only if they have a shift scheduled.

From the Time Tracking Views, set the date range and the View to Meetings. From there, you can cancel meetings in bulk.

Schedule calendar
it would be nice if there was a re-assign option/similar to when there is an open shift and you can assign the shift to an employee without having to open the full screen.

HOLD Feature for Schedules
When a client goes on hold you can change them to inactive but you can not hold the schedule it is beneficial to an agency/company to use this feature so we can ensure the clients records are well maintained and HOLD the schedule and then reactivate when client is ready to resume services.
You don't necessarily want to have to cancel each shift daily and run the risk of billing a client when they have not received service.
You also don't want to have to delete a schedule or future schedule should the client resume.
