Clock reminder instead of missed clock notification

Todd Crutcher 10 months ago in Scheduling 0

You are able to turn on an SMS notification that sends a message to the caregiver letting them know that they missed their clock in or out. This message is sent once the threshold time has passed, so there is not much the caregiver can do other than contact the office. This could work much better if the notification could be sent on a different schedule than the threshold time.

For example, if the shift ends at 1:00 pm and the threshold is 20 minutes after the clock-out time. They get a text message at 1:20 telling them that they missed the clock-out. It would be nice if instead, (or maybe also) could get a proactive message reminding them that it is time to clock out, at say 1:05 or something, This way the can still clock out and document their tasks issue instead of just being notified that they were late and not being able to do anything about it.

We need to ability to undo delete, multiple delete, and PROMPT if a shift that already has notes is being deleted.

Expenses

Nikki Lopez 1 year ago in Scheduling 0

Caregivers/all team members should be able to do expense after their shift, calculating miles etc. while with Client is not the best use of their time or care for clients. At least give them up to 12 hours to input expenses after they clock out. It is hard asking the business owner/admin to have to do this, or extend time, and then readjust just to complete this simple task.

Create a flexible schedule option

Tim Cooke 6 years ago in Scheduling updated by Lisa Izzo 4 years ago 1

We have a client who wants cleaning once per month. They have flexibility around the day it is done and the time of day.

Please create a way to assign a shift for a specific day but allow the CG to clock in whenever they want that day.

Please also create a way to assign a similar shift but also allow them flexibility to clock in within a date range. For example not before Monday, but as late as Wednesday.

Open Schedule report

Brian Perruccio 6 years ago in Scheduling updated by Lisa Izzo 4 years ago 1

Add a column in the Open Schedule Report with how many hours each open shift is and then have a total tally for the report.  So if you pull the report for a full week you can easily see how many HOURS are unscheduled.

Can we add Client Type as a filter in the Scheduling Calendar?

Teddy D 8 months ago in Scheduling 0

Please add Client Type as a filter in the scheduling calendar. We are assigning clients by client type and client type is one main grouping for our reporting.

Auto Clock In Out Should Auto Check Task

Deidre Williams 9 months ago in Scheduling updated by Yasir 7 months ago 1

When the client's schedule is auto-clocked in and out the tasks should also be auto-checked as well. (making the timesheet accurate)

my suggestion would be to add a tool for caregivers to be notified via text of approved shifts

Back to back shifts

Diana 1 year ago in Scheduling 0

Remove tasks, message requirements for back to back shifts. Make scheduling and clock in/out easier for ADL/IADL back to back shifts. We've had issues with the auto clock out/in not working.
