Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

SMS reply Notifications via Email
Currently, if a user replies to a SMS message, the only way to be notified is by logging into the application and looking for the activated bell. We would very much like to have the option to have SMS reply notifications emailed to specific users. This would be similar to the missed clock in notification feature.

Sick time
Would like to be able to add sick time. Payable/not billable. I enter them as meetings now but I have to manually set in the pay rate. I'm also worried about when I have to pull a report of total sick time, I wont be able to segregate the totals from regular meetings.

Refresh Button On Scheduling Calendar

It would be very helpful to have a REFRESH button like the one on the page "Publish Master Schedules"-
Currently, we have to use the arrow where it says Today and the current work week.
So for example if we are on the scheduling page and we have selected the "group by" to be "caregivers" and we have added hours to the caregiver we'd like to see how many hours they are at and each time we have REFRESH the page we have to use that arrow and it's mildly inconvenient.

Additional Shift status and alerts
Is it possible to add additional shift statuses with the color change? Currently when you change the shift status for cancelled by client or caregiver it will change colors. We need to be able to cancel open shifts and would also like the color change with it. These would be for shifts we are unable to get covered. We will cancel them and label them Cancelled by office and include our notes that there is no alternate caregiver available.

Recurring Task
It would be helpful to have recurring Task.
Example: If a supervisory visit is due every 30,60,90 days that task could recur every due date, Same with annual care plan updates and different recurring task that is assigned weekly, daily, monthly etc

Ability to filter during schedule change
I would like a filter when adding someone to an open shift or when changing caregivers. Right now when we change a schedule we have to click each box which could be very time consuming if we are adding a full schedule. With the filters::
Filter by
Caregiver
Open Shifts
Days M T W TH FRI SAT SUN (This feature will help if we are needing to change the entire schedule for just Mondays or Just Tuesdays etc... Instead of going through finding and clicking all open shifts individually or days individually.

track caregiver location during auto clock in and out
I've noticed that it doesn't track caregiver's location when auto clock in and out is allowed. Would you add this feature to ensure that they were with the client at the time of clock in and out?

Breakout of Hours on Master Schedule
Good afternoon,
I am looking for an enhancement to the Master Schedule screen. We have a number of Medicaid clients so we deal with different service types (codes) for scheduling. They are done by number of "authorized hours" for each code. It would be great if the hours could be broken out from just Total Hours. Instead showing hours assigned for "each code" or service type. That way when we are building Master Schedules we know how many hours of each are used as we are plugging the new Master Schedule. Instead of just total hours. Total hours works fine if just all private pay or a single Medicaid code. Much like we see on the regular Schedule screen where it breaks down each auth (hours available/scheduled/completed/etc).
