Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!). 

Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Can you please help clarify the difference between "missing" and "missed"?  What information do you want to see that you don't?

pending shifts

It would be helpful to add a Pending check box onto the scheduling window so when a shift is created, it it created with a Pending status. Right now you have to create a shift, save, re-open it & change status to Pending
