unavailability conflicts when publishing a schedule

Tamra Thiessen 3 years ago in Scheduling updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

I suggest that the system shows who (either which client or worker is affected) the unavailability is for when publishing a schedule or EVEN BETTER open the conflicts as an open shift automatically

Add low medium high to visit notes. If notes are marked high an alert will be sent.

It would be helpful to be able to switch calendars from caregiver to caregiver or client to client with one click instead of having to go back to the main page

Nadia Keyes 3 years ago in Scheduling updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

When in a caregiver or client schedule - it would be helpful and less time consuming if you could click a "next" button and be directed to the next caregiver or client schedule instead of having to go back to client/caregiver and start all over.

schedule preview

Karen Lapp 4 years ago in Scheduling updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

I would love the ability to preview a client schedule (based on their master schedule) without publishing it. It would be helpful to have a "look ahead" option for agency users who do the scheduling.

care coordinator Schedule view option only

Vanessa Neptune 4 years ago in Scheduling updated by Lisa Izzo 4 years ago 1

It would be easier for our to have an option for care coordinator to only see their assign clients on schedule vs going and selecting clients one by one and seeing everyone schedule.

Bulk deleting of tasks please.

Collin 4 years ago in Scheduling updated by Lisa Izzo 4 years ago 1

I would like to request a function be added to scheduling. Specifically having the ability to create something like task templates for scheduled shifts, or have the ability to bulk delete tasks from shifts. Everyone in the state of Idaho has to have specific tasks on a specific bill code. For example, Homemaker code has to have only 5 tasks on it, but when I create a Homemaker shift, all the tasks possible show up and I have to manually delete each excess task, which is about 12 tasks. It is the most time consuming part of scheduling and feels very unnecessary.

Bill type to be "Units"

roe schwim 4 years ago in Scheduling updated by kate lewis 2 years ago 1

The agency would like to have "Units" as an option to select as bill type. This is for a service such as Non-Medical Transport, where the client is allowed a specific number of Stops or Units each month. The agency would then like to be able to have these units count down against an Authorization.

URGENT: Injury free - set to work within radius

Eva 4 years ago in Scheduling updated by Lisa Izzo 4 years ago 1

We noticed caregivers are marking injury free after they have left the client's home and saying they forgot to clock out; which is a concern because the client is getting charged for the full hours, they are left alone (negligence), while the caregiver has left early and still getting paid their full hours.  The Caregiver must be in the client's home to mark themselves injury free not after they have left.  This is a huge problem!  How can this get fixed immediately?
