More configuration for when the pre-screening questions are triggered

Kate Lewis 4 years ago in Scheduling updated by Lisa Izzo 4 years ago 2

Currently, the choices are Start of Day or Start of Shift. If Start of Day is selected, this goes to all caregivers regardless of whether they have a shift scheduled that day. This can cause confusion and anxiety with staff over potential missed shifts. It can also create a lot of unnecessary alerts, creating a situation where caregivers will stop treating them as important.

It would be helpful if there were additional configurations, such as, once a week, before the shift but only once every 24 hours, and once a day, but only if they have a shift scheduled.

Additionally, the current configuration opens the agency to liability if they are only doing the screening at the start of the shift. If they are at risk, they are already at the home of the client and potentially exposing the client and any one else in the home.

Kate,

I believe that we have made the change, so only caregivers who DO have a schedule on the day will get the alert.  Can you please test and confirm?
