Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

allow longer phone extensions- many of them are seven digits long and you only allow for 4 digits
For phone extensions- you only allow 4 digits but many client phone numbers in Nova Scotia are 7 digits long- especially if they are living in a senior complex/appartment building

Ability for Clients to fill out assessment information.
Clients should be able to fill out assessment information like medications and other notes for helpful information.

Assessments in the system are by nature meant to be completed by an impartial third party to best define client abilities and needs.
Currently, even the custom forms are not fillable by users outside of your agency. I believe we are exploring this possibility for a future enhancement. When that happens, this would be something you can accomplish with a custom form.

A report that a shows caregiver usernames. or reports that can be customized in general.
allow for customizable reports so we have the option to decide what information we need.

Custom reports currently exist in Caresmartz360 under the reporting module. If you have questions about how they work, please reach out to support.

Disciplinary Issues
I need a place to document my caregiver's misdemeanors in their HR tab. I would like a separate header similar to "Meeting Pay Rates", "Separation History", "Caregiver Compliance" where we could add fields of common offences. We need to keep track of the date of the offence, the action or remedy taken. This will help us with matching caregivers to clients and when it comes time to let the caregiver go we will have sufficient evidence to support their dismissal.

EXPENSE DISABLE FUNCTION to all employees
We need to disable the Expense option function to the employees in the Caresmartz 360 App so the employees do not enter the units and rates on their own as they wish.
We had an issue with this as an employee entered incorrect unit and rate on their end and was Paid extra.

I would like to be able to invoice and pay on both a minimum and round to the nearest quarter hour as well.
i currently can't set up the system to have a minimum time and allow it to round after the minimum time.

Canceled for No Coverage
Would it be possible to Add Canceled Shift for No coverage. This is an important metrix to track that it implies not enough staff. Critcal reason to cancel shift.

We greatly appreciate your feature request and your dedication to enhancing our platform. We are happy to inform you that this workflow can be achieved in our current iteration. The Schedule Status "Unapproved" also functions as a cancellation status. You may rename this status in Settings>>Schedule Status>>Unapproved.
You can extract this information via reports as well. Reports>>Scheduling>>Shift Cancellation Report

The Injury Button on Client Shift in APP
This button could be very effective for an agency if the scope was broadened. I would suggest you make it a "Incident" Button vs Injury and you have a some Drop Down Options to select. Suggestions: "Priority or Degree" High, Medium, Low. Then a Drop down for What is the Incident: Client Fall, Caregiver Injury, Medication Issue, Complaint, Near Miss, Other
You still have a small area to write a note and attach an incident report which is already in place.
Then the system will track the number if incidents and the type of incidents in the Report already created. This could be a very powerful tool for Agencies if its scope is expanded slightly. We never use the Injury button now but could use it daily with all our clients if it is adjusted to incomporate a broader scope.

The Injury reporting is for the health and safety of the employees and should be used in conjunction with a robust agency policy.
Additional Incident reporting is worth considering. In the current iteration, Incident reporting and complaints can be documented via notes or the Client Feedback tool. Agencies are encouraged to have their own internal policies for these. We provide tools to facilitate documentation.

Bulk billing
We need one button for bulk billing after approving schedule for all client. Other software companies has it and it works great. This enable you to work more efficient and get billing done in shorter time frame. The one button send an invoice out to client then send request for payment thru CC/ACH. So easy and fast.
