Add an alert feature for new shifts assigned

This is important for HR purposes to be able to see when a caregiver has been assigned a new shift (not talking about new hire date) but new shift.

Eva, can you give us a little more information about this? Are you suggesting that everytime a caregiver is assigned to a shift, someone in the agency should be notified?

Hi Lisa -

More specifically, I'd like to receive an alert when someone who has not worked a shift in the last 30 days is assigned a new shift.  I hope this clarifies things and my apologies for the confusion.

Thanks, Eva

Hello, when a shift has been awarded as a result of the caregiver requesting for the shift, the caregiver should get an alert email or text that the requested shift has been awarded to him/her.

Thank you

Hi Roman,

Is this to my response to 3 years ago?
