Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Report to include caregiver hire date with birthdate and social security number
That's the information i need to enroll our caregivers in our life insurance program

Add "dosage" for ALL medication types
Currently, when I add a medication, I can only add the quantity if I've selected capsules or tablets. If I need to enter units for an injection or quantity of teaspoons, I don't have that option. I need to be able to enter the quantity, no matter which method I select, even ones I add myself.

Change the Missed clock in Widget on the dashboard to show the "Missing" clock in and outs not just the ones that are "Missed"

Can you please help clarify the difference between "missing" and "missed"? What information do you want to see that you don't?

In Time Tracking > Views when you switch the view to Missed Clock in, Missed Clock Out, Open Shifts Keep the Column Service Type
Also when in Meetings on that page show the column Meeting Type

Add History of the Master Schedule
Be able to see things like who made the master schedule, changed any times Caregivers, or service types.

pending shifts
It would be helpful to add a Pending check box onto the scheduling window so when a shift is created, it it created with a Pending status. Right now you have to create a shift, save, re-open it & change status to Pending

Client drop down list for billing
A recent (unannounced) change to the drop down list for clients in the billing area now includes all clients who have approved shifts that have not yet been billed. Great idea! However, the drop down client list includes clients who have approved shifts that are marked as Not Billable. Clients who have Approved shifts that are billable (and not yet billed) should be on the client list. Clients who have Approved shifts that have already been billed should not be on the drop down client list. Not Billable shifts should not cause a client name to be on the drop down client list. There is no way to remove a client's name from the drop down client list when the only reason the client name is there is due to Not Billable shfts. Over time, the client list will just continue to grow & be less user friendly. (Our drop down list has grown from ~40 to over 90 due to this change.)
