Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Electronic Signatures for Caregivers
New hire documents, training logs etc so employees can sign during orientation.

Caregiver care plan update
When the caregivers receive care plan update emails would be convenient to state what changes have been made so caregivers do not need to re-read the entire careplan and attempt to find the change.

Recurring Task
It would be helpful to have recurring Task.
Example: If a supervisory visit is due every 30,60,90 days that task could recur every due date, Same with annual care plan updates and different recurring task that is assigned weekly, daily, monthly etc

Capture Signatures
Ability to upload our own agency documents and capture client and caregiver signatures for those documents.

Ability to filter during schedule change
I would like a filter when adding someone to an open shift or when changing caregivers. Right now when we change a schedule we have to click each box which could be very time consuming if we are adding a full schedule. With the filters::
Filter by
Caregiver
Open Shifts
Days M T W TH FRI SAT SUN (This feature will help if we are needing to change the entire schedule for just Mondays or Just Tuesdays etc... Instead of going through finding and clicking all open shifts individually or days individually.

Ability to add state auditors
I am asking for the ability to add state auditors to have access to the specific clients profiles that they are auditing. Right now if I add an auditor they can see all clien'ts.

No option for Bold Sign when sending email to client
Hi Ajay, from Accounting view Finalized Invoice, after I processed payment, I will click the envelope icon to send them email letting them know that payment was applied to INV#449 for example. Still not showing the Bold sign.
