I’d like to ask about a functionality related to the applicant tracking process in CareSmartz.

Then, after the candidate submits their application, have CareSmartz automatically match it to the existing profile (based on their email address or phone number) — instead of creating a duplicate profile.
Our goal is to streamline our tracking process and potentially eliminate the need for external ATS tools.

I recommend creating a Staff Application Form similar to the Caregiver Application Form to standardize the hiring process for roles such as HR Administrators, Coordinators, Case Managers, Nurses/Directors, and Office Managers.

Please change the calendar in Caregiver Applications so I can enter date range instead of having to click 48 times to go back to 2021.

incident report character count
Hi,
If you could increase the allowed character count for incident/injury. We require detailed descriptions for incidents/injuries so it is relaly important to have a lot of characters so that caregivers can be thorough and descriptive.

Adding task to be seen by caregivers for open shifts
Allowing caregivers to see task in open shifts. this would help them to see what is needed to help decide if they want to take the shift or not.

Add a Search Box for Reports
It would be incredibly helpful to have a search box available in the report tabs to quickly locate specific reports. While this suggestion was previously raised and dismissed four years ago, the reasoning provided was that existing workflows already accomplish this. However, after reaching out to support, I found that no such functionality currently exists.
Manually browsing through 60+ reports to find the right one is inefficient. A simple search feature for report names would significantly improve usability and save time. I’d love for this request to be reconsidered.

Assessment/Change in Client's Care Plan
I wanted to suggest a new implementation idea when agencies are creating a new assessment or care plan for their clients. Currently, the system is not set up to modify a client's current care plan easily. Once it's completed and let's say the client's care changes, we have to create a new care plan and start over. This could be confusing and it not efficient. Some of my client's care plans changes monthly, depending on their care. In this case, I could have over 5-10 different care plans in the system, and it is confusing for me and my office staff. I am suggesting the implementation/IT team look into a way that office administrators can modify a care plan without having to start over and create a new care plan each time. Thank you.
