Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

When creating invoice can you show all clients so we can check the clients we need to bill instead of having us type in each client name?
We only have the option of selecting all clients or typing in each client one by one that we need to bill. It would be better to see a list of all clients with option to select all or check one by one.

When adding master schedules, are you able to add "Copy" so we aren't forced to enter every little detail again for a new shift, same caregiver.
I had to add four separate master schedules. Same caregiver.
Friday 10a-6p
Saturday 10a-6p
Sunday 8p-8a
Monday 8p-8a
Had I been able to copy or duplicate the Friday shift with ability to modify Friday to Saturday but leave everything else the same then I would not have to re-enter each detail. Same with the Sunday and Monday shifts.

adding more login method
I would like to suggest to add more login method to CS360. I have clients in one house cared by multiple caregivers. I would like to place a single device so they can clock in and out/adding notes etc using this device. for example, it would be very nice if they can log-in/out using QR code. Thank you.

Make it easy to add a document for all Caregivers (i.e. an Employee Handbook), rather than having to upload and share the document on each Caregiver profile

Mgmt alerts when an Incident Report is submitted
Until there is a way to generate a report on Health and Safety incidents, have a management email alert when a new incident form has been created. That would save A LOT of time, because right now we have to go back through each profile to pull the information, and track it outside of Caresmartz, in an Excel sheet :-( Not efficient!

Ability to generate management reports on Health and Safety Incidents
For quality control and reporting requirements (government and accreditation) we need a way to generate reports on number and types of incident reports files. In fact, it would be helpful to have that on the management dashboard. By incident/injury to Client, by incident/injury to Caregiver, by type of incident, and frequency. Would rate this as a very high priority.

Good news! This function is already in place.
To control your Careiver application settings, navigate to the settings>>Caregiver>>Caregiver Applicant Settings
From there, you will see a section called "Miscellaneous Questions". There are then three settings 1 - Enable/Disable 2 - Is Mandatory? - this is where you can make one or more questions required. 3 - Mandatory Count - this setting allows you to choose the number of custom questions you want to be required. If you have three questions, set this to 3.
