Key Documents - bulk upload

Make it easy to add a document for all Caregivers (i.e. an Employee Handbook), rather than having to upload and share the document on each Caregiver profile

Mgmt alerts when an Incident Report is submitted

Karen Dubeau 7 months ago 0

Until there is a way to generate a report on Health and Safety incidents, have a management email alert when a new incident form has been created.   That would save A LOT of time, because right now we have to go back through each profile to pull the information, and track it outside of Caresmartz, in an Excel sheet :-(    Not efficient!

Ability to generate management reports on Health and Safety Incidents

Karen Dubeau 7 months ago 0

For quality control and reporting requirements (government and accreditation) we need a way to generate reports on number and types of incident reports files. In fact, it would be helpful to have that on the management dashboard.  By incident/injury to Client, by incident/injury to Caregiver, by type of incident, and frequency.    Would rate this as a very high priority.

Thank you for your suggestion.

Good news! This function is already in place.

To control your Careiver application settings, navigate to the settings>>Caregiver>>Caregiver Applicant Settings

From there, you will see a section called "Miscellaneous Questions". There are then three settings 1 - Enable/Disable 2 - Is Mandatory? - this is where you can make one or more questions required. 3 - Mandatory Count - this setting allows you to choose the number of custom questions you want to be required. If you have three questions, set this to 3.

Notes on Weekly Care Summary

Janie Muchow 8 months ago 0

On the Weekly Care Summary report, the Visit notes are not included. Visit Notes are mandatory as the narrative on Written Progress Report for Medicaid. Please add visit notes to the Weekly Care Summary and remove Vitals

Have a different language. Most of our caregivers speak Haitian Creole.

It would be nice to have Creole on the phone app for our Haitian caregivers. That's their main language

Multiple service options/adjustments

Hermiz 10 months ago 0

  1. When the homemaker misses the schedule, on the next day that day for another day instead of deleting the schedule and creating a new schedule the homemaker misses the schedule again the problem it doesn’t show in the dashboard (Missed Clock-In/Clock-Out) because it was triggered before can you please make it with multiple triggers in case this happens in the future will trigger and in case the homemaker clock in & out will indicate in EVV plus the tasks.
  2. The time threshold when set will be a global change for all clients. Can add an option to do it individually in case want to apply for certain clients that will not effect on all. When changing the radius from the main sitting it will be a global change plus it can be changed individually from the client's main page.
  3. Deleting bulk schedules can be used only for active clients but for an inactive client not showing so if need to delete inactive clients' schedules need to activate the client, delete the schedule, and inactive the client again. Can you add an option for the inactive client as well or remove the restriction to show all clients.
  4. Caregivers working in different agencies using Caresmart every time need to keep logging in & out to follow the schedule. It’s possible to add an option to be able to switch agencies without login & out.

Allow caregivers to claim an open shift

Dr. Kirstin Bratt-Johnson 10 months ago 0

We work from home doing housing research, and this is a fast-moving service.

I would like caregivers to be able to claim an open shift without my approval. Open shifts are meant to encourage workflow, but waiting for approval slows everything down and stops caregivers from being paid for their time.

I have been told that adhoc is an option for this; however, adhoc scheduling is messy because I have to approve the shift without being able to look at the notes. This requires me fake the approval, remember which shifts have fake approval, unapprove them, open and read notes, re-approve. It's a challenge.
