Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.

Add an alert feature for new shifts assigned
This is important for HR purposes to be able to see when a caregiver has been assigned a new shift (not talking about new hire date) but new shift.

Eva, can you give us a little more information about this? Are you suggesting that everytime a caregiver is assigned to a shift, someone in the agency should be notified?

Save Favorite Reports
The ability to save and/or quickly access 'favorite' reports would be very helpful.

Create pop up alert
Pop up or other way to alert to caregiver or client concerns such as allergy alerts, dog bolting out door, etc.

Add CS360 to Amazon devices
Is CS available on Amazon devices? I’m thinking specifically of the Amazon Show. It looks like a great device for Seniors to have in the home and it might be nice to have the Family Portal accessible there. Even voice activated!!

How names are presented in the system
Add the ability to decide if names in the system are presented as LastName, FirstName or FirstName, Lastname

Add a shift status "approved without notice"
This shift status is needed for shift canceled without notice. When this status is picked the hours for the shift will be paid and billed but the mileage will not be paid or billed.

Ability to delete all shifts for a caregiver and client.
There should be some way to delete all shifts for a particular caregiver and client. The way it is now, I have to sift through years' worth of client shifts to delete all the shifts for one specific caregiver.

1 - when deactivating a client, an option appears to delete all future visits
2 - when deactivating a caregiver, an option appears to move all future visits to "Open" or unstaffed

Military Time for Payroll
Please give the option for military time to be used for payroll purposes. In addition to that, it would also allow reports to show the military time as well.
