Please consider creating a way for office staff to clock in/out using the caregiver mobile app with GPS tied to the primary office location.

We greatly appreciate your feature request and your dedication to enhancing our platform. We're pleased to inform you that the feature you mentioned is already in place and available for use. It's great to see your engagement and interest in making our platform even better.

You can achieve this by creating a "Test Client" and make the client address the office address. From here, the agency users can use a caregiver profile to clock in and out via the app. This will tie them to the location.

Option to edit the completed assessment/care plan

I need an option to reopen, edit or delete the assessment form after completion for any changes. Right now, there is no option to update the assessment. If I want to add medications to the existing assessment, I have to create a whole new assessment. Why do I have to go through the whole process of recreating/copying if I just want to add something to the existing assessment? It would be much simpler if reopen or edit option is provided. Otherwise, for example, every time a new medication needs to be added, it does not make sense to create a new assessment. Please provide reopen/edit, delete option to completed assessment forms. The previous systems we worked with had these options and it was much easier for the supervisor.

Thank you for submitting your software enhancement request. 

In order to protect the integrity of the assessment data, once completed, the document cannot be edited. However, in the current workflow, you can create a new assessment and once you choose from the options "Care Plan Update" or "Reassessment", you will be given the option of copying over one or more sections of the last completed assessment of the same type. This allows you to make updates and edits without re-entering all of the data again. 

We appreciate your interest in improving our software and your willingness to share your ideas with us. We take all enhancement requests seriously and strive to deliver the best possible user experience. However, we believe that the feature you suggested is not necessary as there are existing workflows in our software that can achieve the same outcome.

Add a "nickname" field to the client and caregiver profile

I have a suggestion to improve Caresmartz360 for your clients that target Asian population. Culturally, Koreans and other asian communities have people with very similar names and it can be very confusing. If there is a section to put caregiver's nickname that would not affect the billing side and if that nickname can be put right next to people's english name, we can put Asian names to identify caregivers correctly.

Caregiver Mobile App tutorial

Create a tutorial for just the Caregiver to understand how to use the mobile app.  The one created combines both the agency user and caregiver which will be confusing for caregivers.  You had one once but for some reason its been deleted not sure why and it was a good video too.  Please create a tutorial for only caregivers to view on how to use the mobile app.  Thank you!

Allow Caregivers to do everything from the app

Currently CGs have to logon to the web portal to change their password for the fist time. This is cumbersome and causing much confusion, Please allow CGs to do everything from their APP including setting their password for the first time.

Create a flexible schedule option

We have a client who wants cleaning once per month. They have flexibility around the day it is done and the time of day. 

Please create a way to assign a shift for a specific day but allow the CG to clock in whenever they want that day.

Please also create a way to assign a similar shift but also allow them flexibility to clock in within a date range. For example not before Monday, but as late as Wednesday.

Open Schedule report

Add a column in the Open Schedule Report with how many hours each open shift is and then have a total tally for the report.  So if you pull the report for a full week you can easily see how many HOURS are unscheduled.
