Thank you for your suggestion. We continue to review all enhancement requests regularly, and we will update the status of this one as we review it, evaluate it for its value to all our clients, and then determine the timeline for implementation if we move forward with it.

Hello,  I totally agreed on this.  It’s creating confusion for both the scheduler and caregiver.  Which causes problem to the client.

I hope this can be escalated as a very high priority
