Yes! I find the report section of CareSmartz to be lacking. Why can't there be an option to click boxes of any data we want for caregivers or clients and run a report that will pull that specific data and export it to a simple excel spreadsheet (NO MERGED CELLS)? I have had to spend hours cutting & pasting information just to get my information to Home Care Pulse. For example, I need a simple report with active caregivers, first & last name, hire date & phone number, but I can't get it so I am back to cutting and pasting.

Jennifer, Have you tried to export to CSV instead of Excel? It won't solve all of your problems, but it will alleviate the "merged cells" issue.
