Next button to view different client/caregiver files
I find it takes too much time when switching from client to client or caregiver to caregiver - having to go back to client/caregiver list to switch to the next file. It would make much more sense to click a "next button" to view the next caregiver/client

I agree. When viewing the detail page for an individual Client, Caregiver, or Other Staff, add navigation buttons (e.g. <-Previous and Next->) to allow traversal of the list w/o returning to the list.
